Job Description

- Provide support in regulatory reporting and documentation.

- Assist in developing and delivering compliance training programs for employees.

- Collaborate with different departments to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), and other regulatory requirements.

- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to compliance activities.

- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in compliance.

Requirements:

- Qualified Company Secretary with a valid membership.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory roles in the financial services industry, preferably in an investment bank.

- Strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations.

- Detail-oriented and organized approach to work.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
