Job Description

• Act as single point of contact for workspace-related needs and occupant requests

• Deliver exceptional customer experience and ensure occupant satisfaction

• Conduct regular floor rounds to monitor workplace conditions and identify issues

• Engage with employees and gather feedback to improve service quality

• Plan and execute employee engagement and community-building events

• Coordinate with service partners to ensure timely resolution of issues

• Ensure service delivery aligns with SLA and KPI requirements

• Support workspace operations and assist in space management activities

• Reset and manage workspace areas based on immediate needs

• Escalate facility and operational issues to management when required

• Maintain strong relationships with client business units and stakeholders
