Communication and Content Management Analyst

• Update and maintain Asana and the India communications calendar to streamline incoming briefs and requirements.
• Draft and distribute communications for employee initiatives, ensuring clarity and alignment with organizational messaging.
• Develop, design, and manage dynamic content for digital screens, ensuring all assets align with brand guidelines.
• Schedule and update content across screens in the Morningstar India offices to maintain fresh, relevant, and engaging visuals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate marketing campaigns and messaging into compelling digital screen content.
• Stay on top of trends in digital design, screen management, to keep our campaigns fresh.

Requirements:

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey ideas and information.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of typography, layout, and design principles for creating visually appealing assets (preferred).
• Attention to detail to ensure all tasks and communications meet professional and compliance standards.
• Experience: 1–2 years as communication analyst.
