About the Role

We are hiring for a First-Party Collections Process with a renowned US Bank. Candidates will handle international customer interactions related to payment collections and account resolutions.

Salary & Benefits

22K – 35K (No Collections Experience)

Up to 42K (With Collections Experience)

Unlimited Incentives

Training Incentives up to 10K

Drop Facility + Centralized Pick-up Provided

Eligibility Criteria

SSC/HSC with minimum 6 months of International BPO experience

Good English communication skills

Collections experience preferred for higher salary package

Shift & Week Offs

Rotational Week Offs (2 per week)

US Shift
