• Enhance and optimize system features including schedulers, caching, and web services
• Perform advanced Java integration within ColdFusion applications
• Act as a technical lead and mentor team members in ColdFusion technologies
• Collaborate directly with clients for requirement understanding and solution delivery
• Analyze system requirements and provide scalable technical solutions
• Ensure high-quality code delivery and adherence to best practices
• Troubleshoot complex issues and provide root-cause analysis and fixes
• Contribute to architectural decisions and system improvements
