Key Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain online product launch content within SLA, ensuring high-quality output
• Act as a CMS expert and provide solutions to technical challenges related to content workflow
• Collaborate with Launch Coordinators, Leads, and Launch Managers to align content with business and technical requirements
• Customize and update content as per regional business unit needs
• Generate reports and track content updates as required by the client
• Suggest innovative solutions for technical and workflow challenges
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for content management
• Work effectively as part of a team and adapt to new skills or technologies
• Ensure prioritization, timeliness, and adherence to quality standards
