Job Description:

• The Infosys Quality Team serves as a key partner to all business units and business enabling functions, supporting excellence in business delivery and client experience
• We act as change agents by establishing benchmarking practices, sharing them across project units, introducing new models of excellence, and institutionalizing them across the organization

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities to adopt best process practices, processes, and tools across our projects
• Identify opportunities to optimize costs and eliminate wastage across projects
• Adopt and implement the latest developments in Agile project execution
• Derisk projects by planning and implementing strategies for noiseless delivery
• Seek out and analyze client feedback to ensure expectations are met
• Analyze data to derive patterns and generate insights that support data-driven decisions
• Coach teams to identify improvement opportunities by guiding them through data analysis

Technical Requirements:

• Understanding of Lean concepts with in-depth knowledge of CMMI, ISO, ITIL, and other related standards
• Understanding an in-depth exposure to Agile methodology and related ALM tools
