Cluster Manager/Team Leader - HNI Sales, Stock/Equity Broking

QuickTurtle is looking for an accomplished Cluster Manager/Team Leader to spearhead our HNI Sales team in Stock/Equity Broking. In this key leadership role, you'll be responsible for acquiring high-net-worth relationships, managing a dynamic team of Relationship Managers, and driving significant AUM growth by delivering expert financial advice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire High Net Worth (HNI) relationships and effectively manage a team of 8-10 Relationship Managers.
  • Establish strong ties with HNI and Ultra HNI clients by designing and implementing tailored financial plans, ensuring they receive and execute on optimal investment advice.
  • Lead and coordinate with your team in the acquisition of new HNI/UHNI clients (Affluent & Super Affluent segments).
  • Maintain robust client relationships and actively generate Assets Under Management (AUM) from preferred clients.
  • Support your team in advising Affluent clients on their investments, managing their overall financial portfolios, and deepening the wallet share from existing clients.
  • Assist the team in tracking the Affluent & Super Affluent client segment in the market for continuous new client acquisition.
  • Research, investigate, and update your team on available investment opportunities and financial market trends to determine their suitability for client portfolios.
  • Coordinate closely with the product and research team (Centralized CFP Team) to make informed investment decisions for clients.
  • Conduct and assist in organizing seminars, workshops, and other business development activities to expand our client base and enhance brand presence.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in acquiring and managing HNI/UHNI client relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Relationship Managers.
  • Deep understanding of financial planning, investment products (stocks, equity broking), and market trends.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify investment opportunities and assess client portfolios.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and advise high-net-worth individuals.
