Cluster Manager, PFA (B2B) - Equity Broking & Investment Products
QuickTurtle is seeking an experienced and dynamic Cluster Manager, PFA (B2B) - Equity Broking & Investment Products. In this leadership role, you'll be instrumental in managing, training, and motivating a team focused on partner alliances, driving the acquisition of new partners, and ensuring they effectively onboard their clients across our comprehensive suite of financial products.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Key Account Managers (KAMs), Equity Relationship Managers (RMs), and Partner Alliances, providing strategic direction and support.
- Train, motivate, and optimize productivity from your team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Drive the acquisition of new Franchisees, Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs), and Remisiers, expanding our B2B network.
- Build strong rapport with these Partners (APs & DGs) and provide hands-on support to help them onboard their clients across our diverse product offerings.
- Conduct comprehensive training for Partners on all our products, including Direct Equity and a wide range of Investment Products such as Mutual Funds, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs), Insurance, Bonds, and Fixed Deposits, collaborating closely with our product and training teams.
- Ensure best-in-class services are provided to all partners, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
- Support distributors through joint calls, assisting them in client interactions and deal closures.
- Organize and facilitate seminars/webinars for the partners within your assigned cluster, enhancing their product knowledge and market understanding.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a leadership role within equity broking or investment products, with a focus on B2B partner channels.
- Strong track record in team management, training, and driving productivity.
- Expertise in acquiring and nurturing relationships with Franchisees, IFAs, and Remisiers.
- Deep knowledge of Direct Equity and a wide array of Investment Products (MF, PMS, AIF, Insurance, Bonds, FDs).
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
