Job Description
- Handle a team of Key Account Managers (KAMs), Equity RMs Partner Alliances.
- Train, Motivate & get productivity from the team.
- Acquisition of Franchisee, IFA (Independent Financial Advisors) & Remisers.
- Build rapport with these Partners (APs & DGs) & help them on-board their clients across products.
- Conduct training of Partners for all our products across Direct Equity & Investment products (like Mutual Funds, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), AIFs, Insurance, Bond, Fixed Deposit) with the help of products & training team.
- Ensure best services to partners.
- Help distributors on joint calls.
- Organise seminar/webinar for the partners of his/her cluster.
