Purpose of the Job:

Collections for NCL (write-off) accounts for urban PL business.

Describe the KPIs against each perspective:

Perspective Key Performance Indicators Business and Financial Management

• Collection Resolution of NPA accounts of the branch to achieve the monthly target
• Controlling the branch GWO and improvising the collection month on month
• Tracing of skip /migrated customers

Customer Focus

• Addressing customer queries
• Educating customer about payment on time, Importance of Credit score and servicing of loan

Process / Quality Improvement

• Receipt issuance and management
• Customer trail updating on system
• Contact point validation of high value accounts
