All team members in the club will be directly answerable to the manager.
Responsible for overseeing all purchase-related activities required for club operations.
Authorized to make minor financial decisions for day-to-day management.
Can engage in sales activities and will be incentivized based on performance.
Ensures the staff performs efficiently, maintains discipline, and delivers high-quality service.
Manages the staff roster and shift timings to ensure proper coverage and operational efficiency.
Expected to work flexible hours, typically around 9 hours per day.
Accountable for meeting the overall targets of the club, including sales and service standards.
Oversees and manages the club's software systems for operational and reporting purposes.
Responsible for public relations, client follow-ups, and lead conversion.
Leads the pre-sales phase of the club including marketing activities such as flyers, inserts, and outdoor promotions.
