Cloud Program Manager

Description

We are looking for an experienced Cloud Program Manager to lead our cloud initiatives in India. The successful candidate will bring a proven track record in overseeing end-to-end cloud programs and will be responsible for ensuring the on-time, successful delivery of cloud solutions that support our business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cloud transformation programs across multiple business units.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop cloud strategy and a clear delivery roadmap.
• Maintain adherence to security and governance policies for all cloud deployments.
• Own stakeholder engagement by setting expectations and providing clear, timely project status updates.
• Detect potential risks early and create mitigation plans across the full project lifecycle.
• Direct budget management and resource allocation for cloud initiatives.
• Champion continuous improvement across cloud processes, tools, and delivery methodologies.

Skills and Qualifications

• 12-16 years of experience in program management, with specific focus on cloud computing.
• Strong working knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale IT programs that include cloud components.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage stakeholder relationships.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems.
• Experience applying Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of ITIL practices and frameworks.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
