Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver functional and technical solutions for Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
- Operate independently and provide quality consulting deliverables while adhering to Oracle methodology and best practices.
- Conduct requirement-gathering sessions, solution design workshops, and system configuration for various HCM modules.
- Develop and document functional deliverables including requirement specifications, solution design, gap analysis, test scripts, and configuration workbooks.
- Work closely with technical teams to guide integrations, conversions, and report development.
- Handle complex functional issues and perform detailed problem analysis to provide efficient resolutions.
- Configure and implement Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as OTL, Learning, Compensation, Benefits, and Talent Management (strong experience in one or more modules preferred).
- Apply expertise in Fast Formulas, Retro functionalities, and other key HCM features.
- Participate in client workshops, Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), and architecture discussions.
- Support business development and pre-sales activities as a subject matter expert.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants and project team members.
- Work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment to deliver high-quality HCM solutions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 10 years of overall experience with 3–4 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
- Strong knowledge in OTL, Learning, Compensation, Benefits, and Talent Management modules.
- Experience with Fast Formulas and Retro functionalities.
- Hands-on experience in preparing functional documents (Requirement Gathering, Solution Design, Gap Analysis, Testing, and Setup).
- Exposure to Oracle EBS HRMS R12 and experience in R12.2 upgrade projects.
- Understanding of HCM data models and PL/SQL.
- Experience working on extensions, data conversions/migrations, integrations, and custom reports.
- Proven track record in conducting workshops, CRPs, and solution design sessions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a Master's in Business Administration (MBA).
Good-to-Have:
- Knowledge of Finance modules and related functional flows.
- Experience with US-based implementations.
- Prior experience in architecture-level consulting roles.
- Exposure to client-facing solution design and consulting engagements.
