Cloud Architect / Pre-Sales

• Good understanding of IAAS, PAAS and SAAS models.
• Good Understanding of the Public Cloud Infrastructure and Platform Services.
• In-depth understanding of the Public Cloud Pricing Models and understanding on how to optimize the costs.
• Knowledge of the various cloud provider-managed services, such as security, monitoring, patch management and backup services.
• Review RFIs and RFPs related to Managed Services or Public Cloud Hosted product offerings.
• Understand the HW and Infrastructure sizing needs of microservices based/cloud native products and translate them to public cloud provider cost models.
• Good working knowledge of Cloud Security and security best practices defined by the public cloud providers.
• Verify that the cloud deployment architecture and services are designed to support and the overall product best practices.
• Support leadership in strategic, business, and operational planning for the cloud and managed services prospects.

Work Experience: Total 10 to 12 years in IT Infrastructure Pre-Sales out of which atleast last 5 to 6 years in above cloud-related pre-sales activities in a customer facing role.
