Your Role And Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance backend applications in alignment with business requirements.
• Manage and maintain applications within a cloud-native environment using Kubernetes/OpenShift.
• Utilize GitHub for source code management, conducting code reviews to ensure code quality, compliance, and security.
• Adhere to Agile methodologies throughout the development process.
• Share knowledge and contribute to the technical development and upskilling of team members.
• Exhibit strong communication skills while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Quickly adapt to new technologies and areas as dictated by business needs.
  
  

Preferred Education

Master's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Over 4 years of experience in backend application development, with a solid grasp of system design and best practices.
• More than 4 years of hands-on development experience in GoLang and/or Python (C++ knowledge is advantageous).
• Proficient in Kubernetes or OpenShift, including experience with Docker/Podman and public cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of Container Networking Interfaces (CNI) and container-native storage concepts.
• Expertise in version control systems (Git).
• Experience with cloud technologies, including AWS, GCP, Azure, or IBM Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Ansible and Shell scripting.
• Proficient in Linux system administration.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
• Capability to design and manage a DevOps application lifecycle.
• Thorough understanding of CI/CD pipelines, particularly Jenkins and GitHub Actions, along with hands-on experience in writing and debugging Jenkinsfiles.
• Familiarity with Generative AI systems, including:
• LLM inferencing and model serving, with experience in vLLM
• Integrating GenAI/LLM inferencing into backend services and APIs
• Experience with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn
• Awareness of performance, scalability, GPU utilization, and cost considerations for AI workloads in production.

• Experience in full-stack development utilizing GoLang and/or Python.
• Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes/OpenShift and various cloud service providers.
• In-depth understanding of Generative AI and inferencing, including:
• Serving LLMs using vLLM in cloud-native environments
• Scaling and managing inference workloads on Kubernetes/OpenShift
• Incorporating GenAI capabilities into enterprise applications
• Ability to rapidly learn new domains and technologies based on business requirements.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
