Your Role And Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and improve backend applications in alignment with business needs.
• Oversee and maintain applications in a cloud-native environment utilizing Kubernetes/OpenShift.
• Utilize GitHub for source code management; conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, compliance, and security.
• Adhere to Agile methodologies in all project work.
• Share insights and contribute to the technical development and skill enhancement of team members.
• Exhibit strong communication skills while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Quickly adapt to new technologies and areas based on business requirements.

Master's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in backend application development with a solid grasp of system design and best practices.
• At least 4 years of practical development experience in GoLang and/or Python (C++ knowledge is advantageous).
• Proficient in Kubernetes or OpenShift, including experience with Docker/Podman and various public cloud platforms.
• Understanding of Container Networking Interface (CNI) and container-native storage concepts.
• Extensive experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS, GCP, Azure, or IBM Cloud.
• Proficient in Ansible and Shell scripting.
• Strong Linux system administration skills.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles using Terraform.
• Capability to design and manage a DevOps application lifecycle.
• Comprehensive understanding of CI/CD pipelines, particularly Jenkins and Github Actions, with hands-on experience in writing and troubleshooting Jenkinsfiles.
• Knowledge of Generative AI systems, encompassing:
• LLM inferencing and model serving, including practical experience with vLLM
• Integrating GenAI/LLM inferencing into backend services and APIs
• Experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn
• Understanding of performance, scalability, GPU utilization, and cost considerations for AI workloads in production.

• Experience in full-stack development utilizing GoLang and/or Python.
• Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes/OpenShift and cloud service environments.
• In-depth understanding of Generative AI and inferencing, including:
• Serving LLMs using vLLM within cloud-native settings
• Scaling and managing inference workloads on Kubernetes/OpenShift
• Integrating GenAI functionalities into enterprise applications
• Quickly learning new domains and technologies as per business needs.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
