Clinical Project Manager (Business Project Lead Analyst)

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership

• Plan, execute, and monitor multiple clinical projects aligned with organizational goals.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
• Ensure projects meet scope, budget, and quality standards.

Agile Delivery

• Work within agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) in clinical teams.
• Support sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Drive continuous improvement and adaptability in project execution.

Data & Technology Integration

• Collaborate with analytics and technology teams to embed automated and AI-driven workflows.
• Leverage actionable data for decision-making and performance optimization.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as primary liaison between clinical teams, commercial, marketing, data & analytics, medical economics, finance, IT, and other stakeholders.
• Manage communication plans and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams.

Operational Excellence

• Identify process gaps and implement solutions for efficiency and compliance.
• Monitor KPIs related to health outcomes, customer experience, and operational performance.
