Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Strengthen and expand client relationships through consistent engagement and trust-building
- Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring deliverables meet client expectations and timelines
- Understand client needs/requirements and maintain structured follow-up procedures
- Act as a point of contact for all client communications, providing troubleshooting and problem resolution
- Analyze project briefs and assign tasks to internal teams for timely execution
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns in collaboration with creative, strategy, and digital teams
