Client Servicing Manager

Mantras2success Consultants is seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Client Servicing Manager. This role is crucial for developing strong client relationships and ensuring their advertising and marketing needs are met efficiently. You'll act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, managing diverse projects, and delivering communication solutions that perfectly align with client goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, understanding their unique advertising and marketing needs.
• Project & Campaign Management: Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams (creative, media, strategy, event, digital), managing multiple projects and ensuring the delivery of smart and time-bound campaigns.
• Documentation & Reporting: Ensure effective documentation, comprehensive reporting, and commercialization of all client-related communications.
• Business Growth: Proactively generate additional business from existing clients by promoting various solutions and services offered by the agency.

Candidate Profile

• Professional Presence: Must possess a good personality, strong knowledge, and exceptional communication skills, essential for interacting with very senior professionals of large clients.
• Drive & Ownership: Be self-driven, passionate, and willing to take complete ownership of assigned work.
• Market Awareness: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights to provide strategic recommendations to clients.
• Team Player: Demonstrate a strong team player attitude with a positive approach.
• Travel Flexibility: Be open to travel at short notice for assignments as required.

Required Criteria

• Education: A postgraduate degree in marketing is essential.
• Industry Experience: Experience in an Advertising agency is essential.
• Client Experience: Experience in handling government clients is preferred.
