Client Data Analyst - ECM Alpha

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse incoming emails and identify actionable data.
• Perform data cleansing and analysis based on client requests, SLAs, process guide and judgement calls.
• Ensure all data uploaded in a timely manner and best practices are followe'd.
• Implement automated steps (ie excel macros, BALER).
• Collaborate with team members and escalate any issues accordingly.
• Ensure security best practices are followe'd and vulnerabilities are addressed promptly.
• Troubleshoot and resolve client data related issues in a timely manner.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our data cleaning process.

Skills Required:

• Solid experience with Microsoft Excel.
• High monotony tolerance and ability to catch nuance differences.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent English language.
• Experience with financial business.
• Qualifications on Microsoft Office product.
