Civil/Telecom Engineer Position

Description

We are seeking a skilled Civil/Telecom Engineer with 3-8 years of experience to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both civil engineering and telecommunications, and will be responsible for designing and implementing infrastructure projects that meet our client's needs.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop civil structures and telecom networks.
• Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies to assess potential project sites.
• Prepare detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines.
• Oversee construction activities and manage contractors on-site.
• Perform quality control checks and inspections on materials and workmanship.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and other team members.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other design software.
• Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure including fiber optics and wireless networks.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills with experience in managing timelines and budgets.
• Familiarity with environmental and safety regulations related to civil and telecom projects.
