CIVIL( Projects) - Officer / Senior Officer

• Assist in the execution and supervision of civil and structural works at project sites, particularly related to formulation plants or industrial infrastructure.
• Support the senior engineering team in day-to-day site activities, including layout, excavation, reinforcement, concreting, and finishing works.
• Coordinate with contractors and site supervisors to ensure timely progress of work as per approved drawings and project timelines.
• Review and interpret basic construction drawings, structural layouts, and specifications; highlight discrepancies, if any, to the reporting engineer.
• Prepare and maintain site-related documentation including daily progress reports, measurement records, and manpower logs.
• Assist in the verification of quantities and bills submitted by contractors.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards at the construction site.
• Provide basic drafting/modification of site layouts and civil drawings using AutoCAD as per guidance from the project team.
• Use MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting, tracking project progress, and maintaining records.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Educational Qualification: Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: 23 years of hands-on site experience in industrial/civil infrastructure or formulations plant projects.

Technical Skills:

• Basic working knowledge of AutoCAD for civil/structural drafting.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting.

Other Skills:

• Basic understanding of civil and structural works, construction materials, and standard site practices.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Willingness to work at project sites and adapt to dynamic construction environments.
