Civil project Campboss - On Site

Candidate must have a Diploma or BE Civil

Candidate have to look after the labours and labour camp on site.

Core responsibilities

• Project management: Manage and oversee the construction process from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Quality and safety: Ensure all work complies with project specifications, quality standards, and all applicable safety regulations.
• Technical oversight: Interpret blueprints and project plans, provide technical guidance, and resolve any on-site issues.
• Site supervision: Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers, supervise on-site workers, and ensure materials meet specifications. 

Key duties

• Conduct site inspections and audits.
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports and maintain detailed logs.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other team members.
• Manage project resources efficiently.
• Review project documentation and change orders.
