Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage commercial construction site activities
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and timelines
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Monitor project progress, quality, and safety standards
• Handle material planning and site requirements
• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly progress reports
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and construction standards
• Identify and resolve site-related issues

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering
• 5-10 years of experience in commercial construction projects
• Strong knowledge of site execution and project management
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel
