About the Role

We are seeking experienced Civil Engineers with expertise in industrial construction, specifically within the oil & gas, refinery, and petrochemical sectors. This role involves managing on-site execution, structural work, and erection activities while ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage civil construction activities, including structural and erection tasks.
• Collaborate with project teams and subcontractors to achieve project objectives and deadlines.
• Identify and prioritize critical areas to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and industry standards.
• Monitor progress, allocate resources, and address on-site challenges.

Educational Qualification

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering, or
• Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with exposure to oil & gas, refinery, or petrochemical projects.

Requirements

• Expertise in structural and erection work for industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of resource estimation, project scheduling, and quality control.
• Familiarity with safety standards and environmental regulations in the industry.
• Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and resolving technical issues.
