Job Description
• Provide technical support and maintenance for production and development systems across Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop environments
• Perform L1 and L2 level troubleshooting for infrastructure, software, and system-related issues
• Support hardware and software configuration at the operating system level across server and network environments
• Ensure smooth functioning of configured services across multiple platforms as per defined operating procedures
• Monitor system performance and provide timely resolution to technical incidents and service requests
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve system reliability, availability, and performance
• Assist in implementing technology solutions across operating systems, servers, and network infrastructure
• Document technical processes, troubleshooting steps, and operational procedures
• Participate in team discussions and contribute to solutioning of technical issues
• Stay updated with Citrix technologies and industry best practices for infrastructure support
