Citrix Admin

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and manage Citrix virtualization environments including XenDesktop and XenApp.
• Monitor and maintain the health and performance of Citrix infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Citrix virtual applications and desktops.
• Provide technical support to end users accessing virtual desktops and applications.
• Manage system storage, virtual disks, and file systems for Citrix environments.
• Ensure security and compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
• Collaborate with network and storage teams to optimize virtual system performance and availability.
• Plan and implement upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities for Citrix infrastructure.
• Stay up-to-date with new technologies, best practices, and industry trends in Citrix virtualization.
