CISNGE - Senior Associate Hardware Asset Management

Core Duties:

• Core Duties
• Provide daily operational support for ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM), addressing incidents and managing requests
• Offer L2 and L3 support for intricate hardware asset lifecycle and inventory challenges
• Ensure the maintenance of comprehensive, accurate, and up-to-date hardware asset records throughout all lifecycle phases in ServiceNow
• Oversee the HAM operations mailbox and ensure prompt responses within established SLAs
• Collaborate with Truist vendor partners to monitor device tracking and returns
• Handle and resolve discrepancies related to ASN (Advanced Shipping Notice)
• Evaluate asset data imports through Import Sets and Transform Maps
• Execute thorough remediation for asset data discrepancies and failures
• Assist with HAM configuration modifications, minor development improvements, and defect resolutions
• Guarantee that changes are made without compromising production stability
• Generate monthly inventory reports, KPIs, metrics, and evaluations
• Facilitate audit compliance documentation and ongoing improvement efforts
• Convert business and technical requirements into user stories and actionable tasks, such as in Rally
• Advanced certifications in IT Hardware Asset Management, including IAITAM CHAMP, CAMP, CSAM, and CITAD
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Incident and Service Catalog functionalities
• Understanding of ITIL and Agile methodologies, as well as Rally
