Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and troubleshoot Cisco UCCE components including ICM, PG, CCMP, CVP, CUIC, and Call Manager
  • Perform basic scripting for call flow changes and holiday requests
  • Handle incident and change management for Cisco hosted contact center platforms
  • Troubleshoot Cisco VOIP network and Cisco Finesse issues
  • Support Cisco IPCC/UC skills including CUCX, CVP, CUCM, and Cisco IM presence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution and process improvements
  • Work in 24x7 shift schedules to ensure continuous operations
