Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain payroll systems and IT infrastructure
• Manage and configure network devices, including Cisco firewalls
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware and network issues
• Ensure security and compliance of IT systems and networks
• Support end-users and IT teams with technical issues
• Maintain documentation for system configurations and changes
• Assist in IT projects, upgrades, and system enhancements
• Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests
