Manage IBM Sterling B2B Integrator and related suite of products
Develop and maintain BPML workflows using Sterling Integrator services and adapters
Configure and support secure file transfer protocols such as SFTP, FTPS, AS2, and HTTPS
Create and manage file transfers using Connect:Direct
Handle production support, incident management, and crisis calls for service recovery
Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures
