Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable and innovative healthcare technology solutions using modern full stack technologies
• Manage, mentor, and guide a team of developers to ensure high-quality, efficient, and timely delivery of software products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, operations, clinical, and business stakeholders to define and prioritize technical requirements

• Ensure adherence to software development best practices, coding standards, and industry regulations including healthcare compliance requirements
• Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement within the engineering team
