Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the overall technology strategy, architecture, and roadmap for full stack healthcare platforms
• Lead design, development, and deployment of scalable, secure, and high-performance software systems
• Manage, mentor, and scale engineering teams to ensure consistent high-quality delivery
• Collaborate with product, clinical, operations, and business stakeholders to define priorities and execution plans
• Drive innovation, experimentation, and adoption of modern technologies across engineering teams
• Ensure adherence to SDLC processes, agile methodologies, and engineering best practices
• Establish engineering standards, coding guidelines, and architectural governance frameworks
