Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

Develop and execute strategic operational plans aligned with the company's long-term objectives.
Identify, evaluate, and prioritize growth and efficiency improvement opportunities.
Support the CEO and Board in translating strategic goals into actionable operational initiatives.

Operational Management & Implementation:

Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, including production, supply chain, quality control, and customer service.
Implement Lean Manufacturing and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) methodologies to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve productivity.
Ensure robust implementation and adherence to all Quality Management Systems (QMS) as per business needs.
Facilitate seamless inter-departmental coordination for optimized operational outcomes.

Financial Performance:

Drive revenue growth and optimize cost structures to achieve top-line and bottom-line targets.
Monitor key financial metrics and implement corrective measures where required.
Develop and manage operational budgets ensuring financial discipline and stability.

Customer Focus:

Achieve zero customer complaints by maintaining superior product quality and delivery performance.
Strengthen customer relationships through responsiveness, reliability, and proactive engagement.
Implement continuous feedback mechanisms to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Industrial / Production Engineering (Master's degree or MBA preferred).
20+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, including forging, machining, or precision engineering industries.
Proven track record in operational leadership, P&L management, and process excellence.
Strong background in Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and Quality Systems Management.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic execution skills.
Demonstrated success in driving organizational transformation and growth in a competitive manufacturing environment.
