Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement result-oriented marketing and sales strategies aligned with business objectives
• Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing and sales team to achieve defined targets and performance goals
• Conduct market research and analyze healthcare industry trends to identify growth opportunities and competitive positioning
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, healthcare professionals, partners, and other key stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, clinical, and product teams to support business expansion
• Track, monitor, and report key marketing and sales performance metrics to support data-driven decision-making
• Drive brand visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across targeted healthcare markets
