Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy chatbots and voicebots using leading Conversational AI platforms such as Microsoft Bot Framework and Google Dialog flow.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices and standards.
Develop custom components and tools to enhance chatbot functionality, performance, and user experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to align chatbot solutions with project goals and user needs.
Utilize NLP and ML techniques, including TTS, STT, and SSML, to enable intelligent and context-aware chatbot interactions.
Integrate chatbot systems with backend infrastructure, databases, and APIs to ensure seamless data flow and interaction.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues by analyzing logs, debugging code, and implementing continuous improvements.
Stay updated with emerging trends and advancements in chatbot development, AI, and Conversational UI technologies.

Qualifications

3+ years of proven experience in conversation design, chatbot development, or voice assistant design.
Google CCAI development experience
Experience of working with Google DialogFlow
Strong understanding of NLU concepts, including intents, entities, and contextual understanding.
Experience designing and building multiple conversational assistants using any toolset and program languages (any of: C++, C#, NodeJs, JS)
Ability to create compelling, user-friendly conversational experiences.
Strong analytical skills to assess and improve voice assistant performance.
Experience working with conversational AI tools and platforms.
