Chatbot Developer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain Azure Voice and Chat bots using Microsoft Bot Framework, Bot Composer, and Emulator
• Build custom components using TypeScript for enhanced bot functionality
• Integrate bots with web services and external systems
• Support QA, UAT, and production release phases through defect analysis, change maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment of bot solutions
• Utilize NLP, NLU, and Machine Learning techniques to improve conversational AI capabilities
• Provide timely updates to supervisors and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
• Troubleshoot and analyze issues in complex, distributed environments
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices in bot development and AI
