Job Description

We are hiring Chat Support Executives for an International Chat Support Process. Candidates should have excellent English communication skills and be comfortable working in US rotational shifts.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through live chat and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain professional and effective communication with customers.
• Resolve customer concerns while meeting quality and productivity targets.
• Accurately document customer interactions and follow process guidelines.

Eligibility

• Minimum 12th Pass & Above
• B.E./B.Tech candidates are not eligible
• Freshers can apply
• Experienced candidates must have minimum 6 months of International Live Chat experience
• Maximum age: 40 years
• Fluent English communication is mandatory.
• Candidates must be comfortable working from office.

Salary

• Freshers: 21,000
• Experienced: 21,000 – 27,000
• Incentives: Not Applicable

• Cab: 2-Way Cab Facility available (chargeable)
