Position: Chat Support Specialist

Location: Gurugram

Contract Duration: 6 months (Contract, with potential extension based on business requirements)

Preferred Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days

Work Schedule: 5-day work week

Shift Details: Rotational Night Shifts

Desired Qualifications:

• We seek a dedicated Customer Service Representative (Chat Support) committed to offering exceptional assistance through digital chat platforms.
• The ideal candidate will possess excellent written communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the capability to efficiently address customer inquiries.
• Engage with inbound customer requests via chat, demonstrating professionalism and empathy.
• Comprehend customer challenges and deliver precise, prompt resolutions.
• Uphold quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics, including CSAT/NPS.
• Accurately document chat interactions in internal systems.
• Proficiently manage multiple chat conversations at once.
• Strong written communication and typing precision are essential.
