Channel Sales Manager - Health Insurance - CTC 4 LPA

Primary Duties

• Facilitate health insurance sales through designated sales channels.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to meet sales goals.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with agents, intermediaries, and clients.
• Generate leads and successfully convert prospects into customers.
• Engage in field visits and sales initiatives to enhance market presence.

Qualifications

• Age: Up to 34 years.
• Experience: At least 6 months of experience in insurance field sales, including sales, agency sales, health insurance, or life insurance.
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, relationship management, and sales capabilities.
• Proven ability to meet targets and fulfill business objectives.
• Readiness to engage in field sales activities.
