Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:-

The agency Area manager's primary responsibility is to manage agency channel responsibility for a defined region or territory, this can be geographical, or comprised of a number of locations or offices for the Future Generali India Insurance Co. Ltd. He/she is responsible for managing a State /or region along with team of Sales Manager & team leaders. He/she will be responsible for implementing RnR & campaign plan to improve recruitment and sales for the region/sate.

  • Maximize sales and profitability in the region.
  • Planning and target setting for the Area sales team.
  • Formulating sales strategies for different products and achieving targets.
  • Develop campaigns and recognition plans to improve recruitment and increased agency engagement.
  • Should be keeping track of data on agent recruitment, coding and activation at all the locations.
  • Maintain connect with all top agents across the Area and support them as required to increase business.
  • Responsible for providing periodical training to the recruited agents about FGII products and process
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
