Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement IT change management strategies, policies, and standard operating procedures.
Coordinate and lead Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings to evaluate and approve changes.
Assess change requests in terms of risk, impact, business priority, and resource needs.
Ensure all changes are properly documented, approved, scheduled, and effectively communicated to stakeholders.
Monitor progress and status of change implementations, ensuring adherence to timelines.
Collaborate with IT teams, project managers, business stakeholders, and infrastructure teams to enable successful deployments.
Maintain and update the change calendar, preventing service disruption and scheduling conflicts.
Conduct post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and continuously improve the change process.
Ensure strict compliance with ITIL best practices across the change management lifecycle.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Proven experience in IT Change Management or a similar role within a complex, global IT environment.
Strong knowledge of the ITIL framework (ITIL certification preferred).
Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or BMC Helix.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Analytical mindset with solid problem-solving abilities.
