Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse, prioritize, classify, and schedule Requests for Change (RFCs).
- Confirm the scope, dependencies, and impact of changes on the production environment.
- Liaise with relevant parties to coordinate change building, testing, and implementation as per schedules.
- Escalate RFCs beyond the scope of the CAB to the IT Executive Committee.
- Review all implemented changes to ensure objectives are met.
- Monitor outstanding RFCs awaiting consideration or action.
- Analyze change records to identify trends or recurring issues and work with stakeholders for rectification.
- Facilitate change management process audits.
- Apply structured global change management methodology and lead related activities.
- Develop change management strategy and plans, and deliver all change management interventions.
- Work with stakeholders to create awareness, engagement, and realize the benefits of change.
- Integrate change management activities into overall project plans.
- Support execution of change initiatives across global regions and sites.
Requirements:
- Sets personal professional goals and takes accountability for own development.
- Seeks feedback and adapts behavior to improve performance.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Familiarity with ITIL framework; ITIL certification is a plus.
- Intermediate-level Excel skills.
