Key Responsibilities

• Primary Skill: Performance Testing, basics of functional testing.
• Proactive with good communication skills to drive project requirements, dependencies and performance issues.
• Proficient in performance testing concepts and methodologies.
• Well versed with designing Performance testing artifacts like NFR Gathering, Performance Test Strategy, Performance Test Plan, Workload Modelling, Performance Metrics to capture, Performance Test Reports etc.
• Analysis of Performance Test results, Identification of Bottleneck and propose solution on the same.
• Proficient in Performance testing tools like LoadRunner(Primary) and JMeter(Basic).
• Strong experience in Performance monitoring using tools such as grafana.
• Expert in developing performance scripts using different protocols in LoadRunner.
• Expertise in web HTTP/HTML protocol, Performance testing of microservices and APIs, True client Protocol, Java vuser protocol etc.
• Well versed with Client side Performance analysis.
• Basic coding knowledge to write piece of code wherever needed in Automating Performance testing.
• Hands on experience working in scrum team is good to have.
• Secondary Skill: Knowledge on APM tools like App Dynamics / Dynatrace / Grafana.
• Basic knowledge of Cloud (AWS, Azure), Kubernetes etc., know how of monitoring tools.
• Familiarity with CICD Integration.
• Knowledge in functional testing.
• Experience Required: 5+ yrs of experience.
• About The Role: 5+yrs of Exp in Performance testing (Loadrunner, jmeter, monitoring tools) and basic understanding of functional testing.
