Cards and Payments Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Your daily activities as an Infosys consultant
• In your role within the Infosys consulting team, you will spearhead the engagement process by delivering high-quality, value-driven consulting solutions to clients at various stages, from defining problems to diagnosing issues, designing solutions, and deploying them.
• You will assess proposals created by consultants, offer strategic guidance, and evaluate the solutions developed for client business challenges to pinpoint any potential risks and concerns.
• Your responsibilities will include identifying change management needs and recommending a structured approach for clients to manage transitions, utilizing various communication channels.
• Additionally, you will mentor and establish a vision for your team, provide specialized training in your areas of expertise, and inspire team members through prompt feedback and recognition of outstanding performance.
• You will play a vital role in unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-adding consulting solutions to clients while following the organization's established guidelines and processes.
