We are seeking an International Customer Support representative to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our international clients, ensuring their inquiries and issues are addressed with professionalism and care.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to international clients via calls.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while dealing with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in using customer support software and ticketing systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in handling international clients and understanding their needs.
- Night shift 7pm to 11am any 9.5hrs rotational shift.
- 5days working 2 rotational week off.
- One side Cab facility.
- Joining Bonus After completing 6months in system. (up to 50k)
- Salary up to 5lpa.
