Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Curriculum Management
- Manage and develop the Cambridge curriculum across the school.
- Collect and distribute teaching resources and tools for staff.
- Assess professional development needs and lead training sessions for teachers.
- Oversee curriculum review and facilitate curriculum development initiatives.
- Use assessment results to inform curriculum review and enhance teaching practices.
Examination Management
- Stay updated with examination changes each academic year and update examination-related policies.
- Manage the examination entry process, ensuring accurate and timely student entries.
- Oversee examination days according to awarding body regulations, including preparation, starting exams, handling emergencies, irregularities, malpractice, ending exams, and collecting and dispatching scripts.
- Manage examination results, including electronic access, downloading results, and issuing certificates.
- Administer post-results services and handle related requests efficiently.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Education or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in multiple IT systems.
