Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Curriculum Management

  • Manage and develop the Cambridge curriculum across the school.
  • Collect and distribute teaching resources and tools for staff.
  • Assess professional development needs and lead training sessions for teachers.
  • Oversee curriculum review and facilitate curriculum development initiatives.
  • Use assessment results to inform curriculum review and enhance teaching practices.

Examination Management

  • Stay updated with examination changes each academic year and update examination-related policies.
  • Manage the examination entry process, ensuring accurate and timely student entries.
  • Oversee examination days according to awarding body regulations, including preparation, starting exams, handling emergencies, irregularities, malpractice, ending exams, and collecting and dispatching scripts.
  • Manage examination results, including electronic access, downloading results, and issuing certificates.
  • Administer post-results services and handle related requests efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Education or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in multiple IT systems.
