CAD Application Engineer

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Detail and document designs, apply dimensional and geometric tolerances where needed in Co-Create/ NX. Work with Project Engineers and Designers to effectively document designs to avoid fabrication, assembly and debug errors.

2. Working on creation of BOM and Assembly drawings

3. Good knowledge CAD application (NX)

4. Process ECN S on all revisions necessary as directed by the responsible Project or Design Engineer.

5. Migrate/ Create/ modify drawings in Co-Create/ NX Product/ Tool related drawings

6. Single point contact for Drawing(s) detailing into NX Tooling Department(s)

7. Proactively manage interactions (effective communication) with TIS team in order to understand the requirement

8. Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerance)

9. Tolerance analysis experience

10. Basic knowledge on Co-Create

1. Good communication skills - Both verbal and writing

2. Good inter personal skills that demonstrate ability to build rapport with internal teams and external contacts

3. Aptitude to learn products and applications through self-efforts.
