Job Description
- Work closely with server teams to understand scope of future releases, change requests, and customer issues in storage management products.
- Analyze, triage, reproduce, and resolve complex software defects within defined timelines.
- Participate in design and code review sessions to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Contribute to architectural and design reviews during concept and development phases.
- Perform release planning activities including risk assessment, effort estimation, and dependency analysis.
- Provide technical guidance for feasibility studies, evaluations, and prototyping activities.
- Mentor and guide junior developers within the team.
- Ensure strong focus on unit testing, integration testing, and defect prevention practices.
